FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Understand the service before you decide.
Who we help, what you can see and what to discuss before getting started.
Send us your question ↗What is VroMix?
VroMix combines truck operations management with an online workspace for owners. Our team coordinates the agreed daily work; you review vehicle information, maintenance records and financial reports in your account. It is a service supported by a platform, not just a place to view numbers.
Who is the service for?
Owners of one or more trucks operating in the United States who want help managing the daily work and understanding the results. If you are considering truck ownership, contact us to discuss your plans and the support that may be appropriate.
Can I follow the operation from outside the United States?
You can access your authorized workspace through a browser with an internet connection. Truck information, maintenance and reports are in one place for remote review. We need to discuss your circumstances before confirming an operating arrangement; online access alone does not establish one.
Do I need trucking experience to get in touch?
No. Tell us what you know and what you need help understanding. We can explain how the service works, which responsibilities remain yours and what to discuss before committing to a truck or an operating plan.
I already own a truck. Can we start with that?
Yes—tell us about the truck, its current operation and the support you need. We will discuss the proposed scope, responsibilities and next steps. Sending an inquiry does not enroll the truck or commit you to a service.
Is a particular income or return guaranteed?
No. Results depend on loads, rates, distance, driver costs, fuel, maintenance and time out of service. Reports show recorded results, not promised future earnings. Example figures in the website’s product screens are fictional, not forecasts.
How much does the service cost?
Ask us for a proposal based on the work you need us to manage. Service fees, how they are calculated and which operating costs are separate should be clear before you agree to proceed. We do not publish a single price for every truck or arrangement.
Can I contact you before buying a truck?
Yes. Share your plans and questions first. We can discuss the proposed operation and which support we can provide. A conversation is not a commitment to purchase, company formation, financing or an operating agreement.
How current is the map location?
The map shows the latest position received for a connected truck, with its report time. It depends on a working vehicle device and data connection; it is not a continuous guarantee of the truck’s present position. Older readings and missing location data are identified on the screen.
Who coordinates drivers and dispatch?
Our team provides driver and dispatch coordination within the agreed service scope. That includes daily communication and tracking the work behind each week’s statement. Responsibilities and any third-party involvement are discussed before the operation is set up.
How are maintenance and spending approvals handled?
Our team coordinates maintenance and repairs within the agreed scope. You can review recorded issues, upcoming service and completed work in your workspace. Agree on spending limits, what requires your approval and how urgent repairs are handled before work begins.
Can I use my phone? Do I need to install an app?
You can use the owner workspace in a phone or desktop browser. No app installation is needed for browser access. Mobile-app screens shown here are previews, not an App Store or Google Play download offer; ask our team about app availability.
How do statements relate to revenue and payments?
Our team compares recorded loads and weekly adjustments with the carrier’s statement before approval. Reports separate gross revenue, recorded costs, deductions and owner payable. An amount shown as payable is not proof of a completed payment; the payment arrangement and schedule are agreed separately.
Does the workspace replace my accounting or tax service?
No. The workspace helps you review truck operations and statement-based financial records. It is not a complete company bookkeeping service and does not file tax returns. Company-level accounting and tax work remain separate.
What is VroMix Driver Club?
It is a way for drivers to introduce themselves and ask about working with us. Choose VroMix Driver Club in the contact form and share your experience and work preferences. We can discuss potential opportunities and their requirements; sending a message does not guarantee a position.
What is the next step?
Use the contact form below. Choose General information for truck management or workspace questions, or VroMix Driver Club for a driver inquiry. Tell us what you would like to discuss and how to reach you. Existing clients can use Client login to access their account.
